Three options are available below to request an absentee ballot.
- Download, print, and complete the absentee ballot request form and mail it to the Cedar County Auditor's Office, 400 Cedar Street, Tipton, IA 52772.
- Call the Auditor's Office at (563) 886-3168 to receive an absentee ballot request form in the mail.
- Enter your mailing address into the form below to receive an absentee ballot request form in the mail.
Absentee requests to vote by mail must be received in the Auditor's Office by 5 p.m. May 23.
