Absentee ballots will be mailed out beginning May 18, 2022 for the June 7, 2022 Primary Election.
In-person absentee voting begins on May 18, 2022 and ends on June 6, 2022.
Voters that want an absentee ballot mailed to them must submit a written absentee request by May 23, 2022 by 5 p.m. to the Cedar County Auditor's Office. Absentee Ballot Request Form
The deadline to return a voted absentee ballot is Election Day by 8 p.m. to the Cedar County Auditor's Office. Postmarks don't count.
The Cedar County Auditor's Office will be open on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
